Un assemblage produit sur le Zinnkoepflé majoritairement par du gewurztraminer, vinifié presque sec et élevé en barrique, c’est un vin dense au caractère épicé, légèrement minéral en bouche avec une finale encore marquée par l’élevage.

COMMENTAIRE
Claudine a repris les rênes du domaine suite à la disparition de son mari Éric en 2014. Grâce au soutien de l’équipe à la vigne et en cave, mais aussi de la solidarité vigneronne, le style des vins n’a pas changé et nous nous en réjouissons. Les 2016 ont un caractère plus tranchant et incisif que les 2015, quelques 2017 n'étaient pas au niveau habituel du domaine cette année.
