Récolté en forte surmaturité et très moelleux, le vin possède une belle fraîcheur, beaucoup d'élégance et une fine acidité en bouche. La finale est longue sur l'abricot et le miel.

COMMENTAIRE
Claudine a repris les rênes du domaine suite à la disparition de son mari Éric en 2014. Grâce au soutien de l’équipe à la vigne et en cave, mais aussi de la solidarité vigneronne, le style des vins n’a pas changé et nous nous en réjouissons. Les 2016 ont un caractère plus tranchant et incisif que les 2015, quelques 2017 n'étaient pas au niveau habituel du domaine cette année.
