Le nez de noisette et de miel laisse place à une bouche ronde et souple avec une finale très nette sur les fruits exotiques frais. Un vin riche et très concentré doté d'un équilibre très pur.

COMMENTAIRE
Claudine a repris les rênes du domaine suite à la disparition de son mari Éric en 2014. Grâce au soutien de l’équipe à la vigne et en cave, mais aussi de la solidarité vigneronne, le style des vins n’a pas changé et nous nous en réjouissons. Les 2016 ont un caractère plus tranchant et incisif que les 2015, quelques 2017 n'étaient pas au niveau habituel du domaine cette année.
