Intense et complexe, mirabelle confite, fumée, caramel au lait, la bouche est grasse, onctueuse et fraîche, la surmaturation est ici bien arrondie par la vinification en demi-muids, sa persistance et ses beaux amers rivalisent à table avec un sauternes.

COMMENTAIRE
Claudine a repris les rênes du domaine suite à la disparition de son mari Éric en 2014. Grâce au soutien de l’équipe à la vigne et en cave, mais aussi de la solidarité vigneronne, le style des vins n’a pas changé et nous nous en réjouissons. Les 2016 ont un caractère plus tranchant et incisif que les 2015, quelques 2017 n'étaient pas au niveau habituel du domaine cette année.
