Le domaine possède une petite parcelle sur le grand cru Saering à Guebwiller, les vins sont mis en vente après plusieurs années de garde en bouteille. Un riesling mûr, au nez d'agrumes frais, salin et acidulé en bouche avec une belle pureté.

COMMENTAIRE
Claudine a repris les rênes du domaine suite à la disparition de son mari Éric en 2014. Grâce au soutien de l’équipe à la vigne et en cave, mais aussi de la solidarité vigneronne, le style des vins n’a pas changé et nous nous en réjouissons. Les 2016 ont un caractère plus tranchant et incisif que les 2015, quelques 2017 n'étaient pas au niveau habituel du domaine cette année.
