Une véritable locomotive pour la région. Installé à Montigny-les-Arsures, Stéphane Tissot est le grand représentant de l’appellation arbois. Il a repris le domaine familial avec sa femme Bénédicte en 1990 et s’est focalisé sur les terroirs. La certification bio est arrivée en 1999, la biodynamie en 2009. Avec près de 50 hectares, le volubile et hyperactif Stéphane peut proposer une large gamme de vins du Jura, avec des vinifications par terroir. Chacun y trouvera son compte, des effervescents aux vins jaunes, eux aussi désormais vinifiés en parcellaire. Le domaine porte haut les couleurs du Jura partout dans le monde.
