Très mûr dans ses parfums de fruits (fruits séchés), toucher ample, pas autant d’ampleur que le 2013 qui suit, agréable en l’état car la finale est vive et fraîche, mais on ne tardera pas à le boire.

Jeune vigneron ayant déjà bien voyagé au cours de sa formation, Philippe Kubler a choisi de restreindre le nombre de cuvées du domaine familial à son retour. Un choix un peu à contre-courant dans la région mais payant car la gamme présente une grande lisibilité : K désigne les entrées de gamme, à côté des vins de terroir et la cuvée Kintet est un assemblage de cépages. Des vins aussi secs que possible, bâtis pour la table.
