Le nez de fruits exotiques est très pur, laissant place à une bouche riche, au moelleux fondu, superbe d'ampleur. Longue finale sur la pêche. Un vin de garde.

Après deux éditions successives du guide où les vins du domaine nous avaient déçus, nous sommes ravis de voir les choses rentrer dans l’ordre cette année, avec des cuvées qui expriment toute la vibration des terroirs à dominante calcaire d’Eguisheim. Ici, le grand cépage est le riesling, qui se régale de ces sols qui lui permettent de déployer sa pureté avec puissance et sans lourdeur. Le domaine réussit aussi ses crémants, Michel Ginglinger ayant fait ses études d’œnologie à Reims.
