Fruité exotique, pureté de liqueur équilibrée par une belle acidité, toute la gourmandise du gewurzt sur un beau terroir associant le grès et le calcaire, minéralité tranchante dans un beau millésime de fraîcheur.

Ce domaine cultive en bio son large parcellaire sur le ban d'Eguisheim et alentours. Conséquence de la volonté de récolter un raisin très mûr et de pousser haut les fermentations, plusieurs cuvées cette année manquaient de fraîcheur lors de notre grande dégustation à l'aveugle.
