Un fruité noir intense, de gourmandes notes épicées, une bouche de bon volume, avec de la chair et des tannins mûrs, riche, généreux même si on rêverait d’une finesse supérieure. On le boira assez vite.

Ce domaine cultive en bio son large parcellaire sur le ban d'Eguisheim et alentours. Conséquence de la volonté de récolter un raisin très mûr et de pousser haut les fermentations, plusieurs cuvées cette année manquaient de fraîcheur lors de notre grande dégustation à l'aveugle.
