Encore une belle réussite pour cet exercice de complantation, parfumé et à la texture savoureuse, avec une minéralité qui s’affirme progressivement en bouche. L’aromatique dominante cette année est portée par les agrumes.

Ce domaine cultive en bio son large parcellaire sur le ban d'Eguisheim et alentours. Conséquence de la volonté de récolter un raisin très mûr et de pousser haut les fermentations, plusieurs cuvées cette année manquaient de fraîcheur lors de notre grande dégustation à l'aveugle.
