Un riesling fin et acidulé, au nez d'agrumes et de zeste, suivi par une bouche saline très longue. Belle élégance pour un vin sec qui sera parfait sur des poissons de rivière.

COMMENTAIRE

Ce domaine cultive en bio son large parcellaire sur le ban d'Eguisheim et alentours. Conséquence de la volonté de récolter un raisin très mûr et de pousser haut les fermentations, plusieurs cuvées cette année manquaient de fraîcheur lors de notre grande dégustation à l'aveugle.
