Décidément on trouve souvent du résiduel sur ce terroir. Sur le gewurztraminer, la belle vivacité de 2010 ne suffit pas à redonner suffisamment d’énergie, on reste dans le variétal et un équilibre trop marqué par le sucre.

COMMENTAIRE

Ce domaine cultive en bio son large parcellaire sur le ban d'Eguisheim et alentours. Conséquence de la volonté de récolter un raisin très mûr et de pousser haut les fermentations, plusieurs cuvées cette année manquaient de fraîcheur lors de notre grande dégustation à l'aveugle.
