Plus tonique et plus droit que le 2012, on a depuis gagné en pureté et en fraîcheur, avec une belle expression calcaire en fin. La biodynamie est passée par là.

COMMENTAIRE

Ce domaine cultive en bio son large parcellaire sur le ban d'Eguisheim et alentours. Conséquence de la volonté de récolter un raisin très mûr et de pousser haut les fermentations, plusieurs cuvées cette année manquaient de fraîcheur lors de notre grande dégustation à l'aveugle.
