Un fruité très mûr, complété d’une touche de caramel au lait, des arômes qui manquent de fraîcheur même si la bouche est assez tonique, sans sucre résiduel, ça manque de tranchant.

Ce domaine cultive en bio son large parcellaire sur le ban d'Eguisheim et alentours. Conséquence de la volonté de récolter un raisin très mûr et de pousser haut les fermentations, plusieurs cuvées cette année manquaient de fraîcheur lors de notre grande dégustation à l'aveugle.
