Toute la parcelle a été récoltée en vendange tardive en 2004, donnant un vin moelleux fin, élégant avec une fine salinité en finale. Encore jeune, il évoluera bien et sera parfait à table sur un poisson en sauce.

Ce domaine cultive en bio son large parcellaire sur le ban d'Eguisheim et alentours. Conséquence de la volonté de récolter un raisin très mûr et de pousser haut les fermentations, plusieurs cuvées cette année manquaient de fraîcheur lors de notre grande dégustation à l'aveugle.
