Poivre blanc et fruits confits au nez, bouche d’une grande richesse de liqueur, plus gourmande que fine car le millésime n’a pas donné une grande tension, mais le sirop de figue en finale est irrésistible ! Servir assez frais.

COMMENTAIRE

Ce domaine cultive en bio son large parcellaire sur le ban d'Eguisheim et alentours. Conséquence de la volonté de récolter un raisin très mûr et de pousser haut les fermentations, plusieurs cuvées cette année manquaient de fraîcheur lors de notre grande dégustation à l'aveugle.
