Beau fruité blanc et agrumes, acidité vive qui rappelle que ce cépage n’aurait pas dû autant disparaître en Alsace, droit et gourmand.

COMMENTAIRE

Ce domaine cultive en bio son large parcellaire sur le ban d'Eguisheim et alentours. Conséquence de la volonté de récolter un raisin très mûr et de pousser haut les fermentations, plusieurs cuvées cette année manquaient de fraîcheur lors de notre grande dégustation à l'aveugle.
