Produit par une jeune vigne située sur la face nord du grand cru Brand, le vin est déjà ouvert avec un nez de fleur et de silex, frais et salin en bouche avec du gras. Un beau vin très prometteur.

Ce domaine cultive en bio son large parcellaire sur le ban d'Eguisheim et alentours. Conséquence de la volonté de récolter un raisin très mûr et de pousser haut les fermentations, plusieurs cuvées cette année manquaient de fraîcheur lors de notre grande dégustation à l'aveugle.
