Dommage qu'autant de sucre ne se signale en entame de bouche car la suite n'est que fine acidité et beaux amers d'agrumes, tout en élégance et en sveltesse. À oublier en cave, donc.

COMMENTAIRE

Ce domaine cultive en bio son large parcellaire sur le ban d'Eguisheim et alentours. Conséquence de la volonté de récolter un raisin très mûr et de pousser haut les fermentations, plusieurs cuvées cette année manquaient de fraîcheur lors de notre grande dégustation à l'aveugle.
