Robe légèrement ambrée. Fruité confit, mais pas la même tension ni énergie que les millésimes récents. Les vins ont depuis gagné en acidité, ils ont plus d’envol.

COMMENTAIRE

Ce domaine cultive en bio son large parcellaire sur le ban d'Eguisheim et alentours. Conséquence de la volonté de récolter un raisin très mûr et de pousser haut les fermentations, plusieurs cuvées cette année manquaient de fraîcheur lors de notre grande dégustation à l'aveugle.
