Des arômes de fruits confits qui annoncent une bouche à l’équilibre presque moelleux, heureusement qu’une bonne acidité ramène la paix en bouche. Il ne plaira pas à tous pour cette sucrosité prononcée, mais sa finale salivante est pourtant prometteuse pour le futur.

Ce domaine cultive en bio son large parcellaire sur le ban d'Eguisheim et alentours. Conséquence de la volonté de récolter un raisin très mûr et de pousser haut les fermentations, plusieurs cuvées cette année manquaient de fraîcheur lors de notre grande dégustation à l'aveugle.
