Annoncé comme VT et pourtant la liqueur se fait très discrète, en raison d’une forte acidité qui verticalise la bouche et révèle son potentiel minéral. Bel avenir mais beaucoup trop jeune.

Ce domaine cultive en bio son large parcellaire sur le ban d'Eguisheim et alentours. Conséquence de la volonté de récolter un raisin très mûr et de pousser haut les fermentations, plusieurs cuvées cette année manquaient de fraîcheur lors de notre grande dégustation à l'aveugle.
