Guillaume Mochel a converti les 10 hectares du domaine familial à l’agriculture biologique et la certification biodynamique est en ligne de mire. Son grand terroir, le grand cru Altenberg de Bergbieten et ses marnes gypseuses, fait briller le riesling et le muscat, au travers d’une puissance saline parfumée en bouche. Une gamme soignée, accessible à des prix raisonnables.
